When you get a message like this
this indicates the ShipWeight software has been updated while the hardware lock is not. Run ddchange.exe with update code to upgrade the hardware lock. Contact support@shipweight.com to request an update code. To get an update code you must submit your Dongle Number and Next update number. You can find these by running ddlook.exe. Sending a capture of the DDLook screen is usefull.
