When the permissions has been set up properly on the SQL Server, you must also assign properties for the user group on the ShipWeight side.

There are two ways of doing this, either go to menu Project->Permissions->Administration… in ShipWeight, select “Groups”; select “Properties” and check boxes under tabsheets “Permissions” and “Weight groups” to assign permissions.

Alternatively, assign the new user to the existing sysadmin group in ShipWeight, see second picture.
